Standard shipping on orders $50 or more is FREE.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee & will be listed at checkout.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery within the United States is 2-6 business days. Please keep in mind that during the holidays this timeframe may vary.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We try to process & ship orders very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at email@example.com, but we offer no guarantee your order will be canceled or modified.
HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our returns / exchanges page for complete information.

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK & SHOWS NO MOVEMENT, WHAT DO I DO?
For domestic orders, packages can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to email@example.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Gem Skin will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Yes, all of our products are made without the use of parabens.
